Good coffee

Atmosphere is good, coffee is good, it's usually not too busy so you're able to grab a seat and enjoy the free-for-3-hours wifi! I miss posting up in cafes like I used to as a student and this location of Caffé Nero has enabled me to start doing it again. Not 5 stars because the staff seems irritated whenever I walk up to order, like I am interrupting something they are doing

Nice decor, varied seating. It's a chain though and kinda feels like it! Support local coffee shops in Boston.

Great environment to get work done with comfortable seating. Friendly staff, strong coffee and I’ll add that the chicken caprese sandwich is recommended!

Great decor and friendly staff. Ordered my first cup of coffee with a Bacon and Brie frittata and thought the coffee was great I ordered a second cup. Decent pricing and easily accessible to local transportation.

Great atmosphere and coffee, just didn't realize how cold Italy is...maybe bring a sweater if you plan to stay and work

A cool chain in Boston. I got an iced mocha and they used a powder instead of syrup chocolate, which is totally fine, just not my favorite thing, so I can't give this place five stars #coffeesnob. Great place to hang out!

Always a friendly staff and warming environment. Cody was particularly helpful one morning when I was in a rush. It's little things like that which help set the tone for the day.

Great cafe, great coffee, great staff, but limited hours now without any warning they would be changing, so I will certainly be spending less time and money here moving forward.

A cute little Cafe. Very close to the hospital, and is great for a place to sit down and work. Completely recommend it for a quick sit down, or as a place to get things done.

The staff are very nice at this location. It's normally crowded in the afternoons and evenings with people working on their laptops, but you can always find a seat.

Thrilling to find a cafe nero in the Brighton area! Warm, welcoming staff that quickly took my order. Made my latte just right. Nice outdoor seating and plenty of space inside. Appears to be a safe gamble on open seating at any time if you're looking to find some quiet time to work.

Clean, fast, and comfortable. My iced latte didn't really mix well so the espresso sat on the bottom the whole time. Good coffee but sometimes not made well.

Great place to get some work done and enjoy their signature Italian coffee!

The hot beverages are good but they give you a 3 hour limit on the internet connection as if to tell you that you need to leave after three hours. I would rather go at Starbucks.

Very nice place to grab a good cup of coffee with great atmosphere! They offer a pretty good selection of sandwiches that are also very good! It's nice to come here and sit either inside or out and have a cup of coffee and get some work done!

Fantastic ice Cafe latte and also a wonderful mixed berry iced tea.

I've visited many Caffe Nero's throughout Boston and I have to say, this location is by far the best. Great seating options, music, a little outside patio (for when its warm), fireplace (for when its cold), and an all around great atmosphere. What truly makes this location special, however, are the employees! The manager is always smiling, friendly, and treats every customer like they're royalty. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. Out of this sandwich? No problem ill go make you one. Want a fresh muffin out of the oven? i'll bring it to your seat when its ready. Cant say thank you enough, you guys rock!

This Caffe Nero is a great coffee shop. Their coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is really nice for relaxing and getting a little work done.

Best Caffé Nero location around Boston. All espresso drinks are excellent and chocolate croissants are to die for. In this particular location customer service is awesome.

So glad this coffee house opened in Brighton! Staff is very friendly sometimes they seem under staffed but coffee is always fresh and hot. They do have some delicious food items be sure to the apple coffee cake !!
